Frequently asked questions
Watching, streaming and your account.
What is Onzsa?
A creator-first livestreaming platform with native multistream distribution.
Do I need an account to watch?
No. Live streams, videos, clips and channels are open to everyone. An account lets you chat, follow channels, get notified when they go live, and make clips.
How do I start streaming?
Create an account, then open the creator studio from the menu and set up your channel. The studio gives you a stream key and server address for your broadcasting software, and shows whether your stream is reaching us.
How do I find something to watch?
The home page shows who is live now. Browse lists every category with a count of live channels, and search finds creators, live streams, videos, posts and categories.
What is a clip?
A short moment cut from a stream, with its own page and link so it can be shared. Anyone signed in with a confirmed email address can clip a live stream from the player.
How do I report something?
Use the Report control on the channel, video, clip, post or message. Reports are reviewed against the Terms of Service.
I forgot my password.
Use Reset your password and we will email you a link. It goes to the address on the account.
How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data?
Email [email protected] from the address on the account. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and for how long.
How do I contact you?
Email [email protected].
