Terms of Service
Last updated 25 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Onzsa Inc. (“Onzsa”, “we”) for your use of onzsa.com and the Onzsa apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
- Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Usernames that impersonate someone else, or that we reserve for the service, may be refused or reclaimed.
What you publish
You keep ownership of the broadcasts, videos, clips, posts and messages you publish. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transcode, display and distribute them as needed to run the service — including letting other people clip and share your public broadcasts on Onzsa. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies other people have already made through the service and backups kept for a limited time.
Only publish what you have the right to publish.
What is not allowed
- Anything illegal, or content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or encouraging violence or self-harm.
- Sexually explicit content, and graphic violence shown for its own sake.
- Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Spam, scams, impersonation, and artificially inflating views or follows.
- Interfering with the service: probing for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping at scale, or getting around a block, suspension or limit.
Reports and enforcement
Anyone can report a channel, broadcast, video, clip, post or message. Reports are reviewed by people, and we may remove content, end a broadcast, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Channel moderators can also remove messages and time out chatters in their own chat.
To report copyright infringement, or to ask us to review a decision, email [email protected].
The service
Onzsa will change over time. We may add, change or remove features, and we do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors. The service is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows.
Ending your use
You can stop using Onzsa at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on the site before the change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
