Onzsa

Is it us, your connection, or the platform?

Work out quickly where a problem is, and what to do about it.

Start with the status page. It shows whether any part of Onzsa is having trouble right now, and whether streams to Twitch, YouTube or Kick are failing for lots of creators at once.

It’s probably Onzsa if…

  • The status page shows a problem with going live, watching or chat.
  • Other people’s streams won’t play either.

There’s nothing to fix on your side — wait a few minutes and try again.

It’s probably your connection if…

  • Creator studio says your stream is reconnecting, or the picture stutters.
  • The status page is all clear.
  • Your streaming app shows dropped frames.

Run the connection check in Creator studio, drop to the row that fits in the recommended settings, use a cable instead of Wi-Fi, and pause big downloads or uploads while you stream.

It’s probably the platform if…

  • Your Onzsa stream is fine, but the copy to Twitch, YouTube or Kick keeps failing.
  • The status page says that platform may be having problems.

Check the platform’s own status page too. If only you are affected, your connection to that platform may have expired — reconnect it in Creator studio.
